Online Signature is very simple to use. It is very fast to create contracts and send them for signing. In SuperOffice, everyone can see what has been done. If someone is absent, I can simply go in and check the status of the contract: Has the contact been sent? Is it signed? Should it be resent? It is very practical that everyone has a full overview at all times
